Cool Summer

Again the Summer is Back! How to get rid of this summer heat? How to protect yourself from summer? Here are few tips to escape from summer heat.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. when the sun’s rays are strongest.
  • Wear loose fitting, light colored and light weight dresses with long-sleeves and long pants.
  • Maintain your energy level by limiting your intake of fat and sugar. Focus on carbohydrates, fruits
    and vegetables.
  • Wear sunglasses that block Ultra Violet rays.
  • Drink lots of fluids like coconut water, buttermilk, lemon water and also plain water to keep yourself cool and well-hydrated.
